The thing is, I know there's more I could be doing to manage that particular bill. For one thing, I've never mastered the art of shopping on a full stomach. And everyone knows that shopping when hungry is how three types of cookies happen to appear in your cart.

Growing up, we lived near a grocery store that tripled coupons. It was basically like shopping in the middle of a WWE match.
